What do you do?

Here at CMH Watches we aim to provide a clear and easy to use platform for people to buy, sell and source watches that they are looking for as well as shorten waiting list times for those hard to find pieces.

How do I pay?

Given the value of some of our product we understand that paying for everything online may not be possible in one transaction so we accept bank transfers, cash and cheques where required. Once payment in full has been recieved we aim to have the product with you within 3 working days.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping throughout the UK. International shipping may vary so please feel free to contact us, letting us know where to ship to and we will quote accordingly. Approximate shipping for europe and the US is £150 gbp but depends on the value of the watch.

What guarantees do you offer?

All of our stock is checked, authenticated and serviced by the appropriate companies but given the vintage nature of some of our products we offer a 24 month guarantee on the movement only (We do not cover accidental damage or Bracelet/Straps). The parameters for time keeping given the vintage and pre-owned nature of the watches is +/-30 seconds daily.

Do you offer an aftersales facility?

Currently we do not offer an aftersales facility however we can suggest several well renowned watch servicing companies for vintage and pre-owned all with appropriate accreditaion. Any watches purchased with us under guarantee we will arrange collection and servicing ourselves at no extra charge.

What watch brands do you work with?

We currently focus on the luxury watch brands as listed; Patek Philippe, Rolex, Jaeger LeCoultre, Panerai, IWC, Zenith, Tag Heuer and Omega. We are always looking to expand our range so if you have a watch brand that isn’t listed here then please feel free to reach out to us at christophe.hearn@cmhwatches.com.
